WWE Hall of Famer Tito Santana to appear at IronPigs game

WWE Hall of Famer Tito Santana will headline Wrestling Night at Coca-Cola Park Tuesday, April 8 when the Lehigh Valley IronPigs host the Buffalo Bisons.

From 5:45 p.m. until the end of the second inning, Santana will be signing autographs and taking photos with fans free of charge and may even take part in an on-field contest or two.

Let's just hope he gives a mascot a flying forearm to send the people home happy.

Santana's Hall of Fame credentials includes appearing on each of the first eight WrestleMania cards, winning the first-ever WrestleMania match and being a former Intercontiental and Tag Team Champion.

Santana, whose real name is Merced Solis, now teaches Spanish at Eisenhower Middle School in Roxbury Township, N.J.

According to a report from NJ.com in 2013, Tuesday is his typical day to make appearances and sign autographs.
