WATCH: Kurt Angle take on One Direction's Liam Payne in a wrestling match

TNA wrestler Kurt Angle took on One Direction's Liam Payne on a one-on-one grudge match as apart of One Direction's 1D Day this past weekend.

Now of course this was all in fun as Angle is a former Olympic gold medalist and would undoubtedly annihilate the young lad member if he decided to do so. But it was still fun seeing Angle sell and take bumps for Payne.

Angle lost the match and even presented Payne with a replica of the TNA World Heavyweight Championship for his achievement.

Payne is apparently a big wrestling fan and with TNA being pretty popular in the United Kingdom, watches a good amount of TNA Wrestling.
