WATCH: John Cena admits to pooping himself in the ring

Even Super Man himself John Cena can have an embarrassing moment while in the ring.

In a sneak peek clip of the Total Divas reality show on UsMagazine.com, Cena admits to soiling his jorts once during a match.

Cena's girlfriend Nikki Bella told him about fellow wrestler Natalya urinating on herself during a match.

Cena, being the ultimate good guy that he is, found a way to relate to Natalya by telling his girlfriend about a bowel movement mishap of his own.

"I pooped myself once," the World Heavyweight Champion said." I had to throw my [my pants] away. It was in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, I had food poisoning and I still went out to wrestle. Everybody knew — I was embarrassed."

The first season Total Divas resumes on the E! Network Sunday night at 10 p.m. after taking a small hiatus.
