Extreme Rising announces new match, first show of 2014 and gives updates on ticket sales and television deal

Philadelphia based wrestling promotion Extreme Rising had a busy weekend with various announcements for its show Dec. 28 and beyond.

The promotion announced its first show of 2014, which is set for Feb. 8 in Pittsburgh — the hometown of former promoter Shane Douglas. It has yet to be announced when and where fans can purchase tickets for the show.

As for its show Dec. 28 at the old ECW Arena in South Philadelphia, the promotion announced another match for the show. The promotion announced that former ECW and WWE star Rhyno would face Devon Storm.

Tickets are reportedly going fast for the show and the promotion announced the various locations across the city where fans could buy the remaining tickets for the show.

For those in South Philadelphia, they can go to Noise Pollution Records at 619 4th St. The establishment can be reached at 215-627-7246.

Fans can purchase tickets in Northeast Philadelphia at the Beer Box at 3350 Grant Ave. Fans can call the establishment at 215-673-7837.

Fans in Bucks County can purchase tickets for the show at George's Collectibles at 7755 New Falls Road in Levittown. The phone number for the store is 215-943-2475.

Last but certainly not least, the promotion teased that there would be a major announcement regarding its television deal Dec. 16.
