Wanna party Iron Chef-style with Jose Garces?

Chef Jose Garces made sure Philly celebrated with him when he won his slot on the show Iron Chef America on Nov. 22.

But if you want to view his first battle (9 p.m. Jan. 17, Food Network), you're gonna have to head to Chicago to watch from the confines of his hometown restaurant, Mercat a la Planxa. The $75-a-head menu will also include items from his first battle in Kitchen Stadium as well as the secret ingredient.

So ... Does Garces prevail in his Kitchen Stadium premiere against chef Rachel Yang of Joule in Seattle?

I hear he's been strutting a bit lately.

But so has Yang. She also has a viewing party set for next Sunday night.
