Not too many valet parking zones in South Philly.

Starting Thursday, four restaurants along the 1600 block of East Passyunk Avenue -- Mamma Maria, Fond, Paradiso, and Izumi -- are getting into the act, prompted by the snow-clogged streets.

Eight bucks a car.
