Chef Tyson Wong Ophaso says he's leaving Chew Man Chu, the Asian eatery that opened in the Symphony House (Broad and Pine Streets), to go home to Thailand.
Ophaso didn't want to elaborate on his decision.
Owner Marty Grims says he's working out a replacement.
