Philly cop is an "America's Most Wanted" finalist

Though wounded, Officer Richard Bowes managed to get a cop killer off the streets. He's up for $10,000 prize.

Philadelphia Police Officer Richard Bowes is a finalist for the "America's Most Wanted" All-Star award.

Bowes was wounded in a North Philly gunfight with the killer of Sgt. Patrick McDonald on Sept. 23, 2008. As the killer stood over him, preparing to reload, Bowes got off five shots and killed the gunman.
