Peep the trailer for "The Lovely Bones"

The film, shot in the burbs in 2007, is about four months from theaters.

Paramount and Apple have sprung the trailer for The Lovely Bones, the Peter Jackson-directed chiller that was shot here in 2007 (and later in New Zealand). Stars are Mark Wahlberg, Rachel Weisz, Susan Sarandon and Stanley Tucci, with newcomer Saoirse Ronan (in photo) as the little girl.

A couple locales can be seen, including an exterior of what appears to be South Brandywine Middle School in the Coatesville Area School District.

Novelist Alice Sebold supposedly set the plot in Norristown, Chadds Ford and the rest of the Route 202 corridor, and modeled the school after General Wayne Middle School in Malvern, now a grade school.

Its opening date is now listed as "December."
