Temple grad Chris O'Connell, who grew up in Wallingford, starts Sept. 13 as a general-assignment reporter at Fox29.
O'Connell's wrapping up a three-year stint as an anchor and reporter with KSTP-TV, the ABC affiliate in Minneapolis/St. Paul.
He previously was with Bay News 9-TV in Tampa, Fla., for 10 years. His earlier days were at Temple's WRTI-FM.
