Marcie Turney and Valerie Safran, who own Bindi, Lolita, Open House and Grocery in the 100 block of South 13th Street, are two weeks from opening Verde, a flower-chocolate shop in the street-level space at 108 S. 13th St. that housed Robin's Books. (Robin's is now upstairs.)

They also say they plan to go next door -- into the rest of Robin's space at 110 S. 13th St. -- with another restaurant. This one, unnamed so far, will have a liquor license. Concept will be Mediterranean and there will be a woodburning oven, Safran says.
