He rubbed a cop the wrong way

The latest from Washington Square West's police blotter.

(ARREST) On Wednesday, 05/13/09, 11:30 PM, 6th District Officer Calhoun observed a male at 12th & Pine Sts. attempting to flag down passing motorist and yelling "massage." This caused traffic to stop short and back up, creating a hazard. The 23 year old male with a local address was arrested and charged with obstruction of the highway.
