The restau-bar Gigi, holding down 319 Market St. in Old City since 2005, is being revamped into a colonial-themer called 4 Fathers.

The name and concept are puns on the Historic District, says co-owner Tommy Brower, who is leading a ye-olde remodeling job that should be finished next month. The work is being performed during restaurant down times.

He is enclosing the patio along the side of the restaurant; a second phase of work will punch a hole on the side to create an indoor-outdoor bar,

The beer list will have 13 names and the drink list will be dubbed Pour Richard's Almanac.

The operation has new partners, Reggie and Denise Braud, who have bought the interests of Stephenie LaGrossa (the Survivor reality star now married to Kyle Kendrick) and her brother, Philipp.

There's a job fair Tuesday, Jan, 7 and Wednesday, Jan. 8.
