Burger.org to the Main Line

Observant Jews don't mix dairy and meat, so some heavy-duty kashering must be underway at the former Dairy Queen on Montgomery Avenue in Narberth.

The Jewish Exponent reports that Burger.Org, the glatt-kosher burger chain with locations at 19th and Chestnut Streets, Elkins Park, Cherry Hill and Margate, is fixing to open in a few weeks. (See article here.)

It will be a sit-downer with waiter service, much like Elkins Park, owner Eyal Aranya told the Exponent.

Burger.Org started in 2011 on South Street and later opened a nearby offshoot called Chicken.Org, but those locations did not make it.
