500 Degrees shut down by fire
The new burger shop at 1504 Sansom St. will be offline less than a week.
500°, the new Rouge-affiliated burger shop at 1504 Sansom St., will be offline "less than a week" after a predawn fire Friday wrecked some back-of-the-house equipment, said owner Rob Wasserman.
He attributed the cause to spontaneous combustion that ignited material around the electrical box.
