Don't miss Main Line Fashion Week

Head out to Philly's western suburbs for Main Line Fashion Week, a celebration of local designers, boutiques, and fashionistas.

Head out to Philly's western suburbs for Main Line Fashion Week, a celebration of local designers, boutiques, and fashionistas. The week has lots in store - giveaways, gift bags, wine, cupcakes, and a whole lot of style.

Here are a few of my favorite events happening during Main Line Fashion Week. Check out MLfashionweek.com for the full schedule.

Runway Shows at Sweetwater Farm

Sweetwater Farm transforms into a runway for two nights.  Main Line Fashion Week wouldn't be complete without giveaways and gift bags. Snag a complimentary swag bag with various goodies fit for any fashionista, including fashion tights with comfortable shapewear technology from Sculptz by Silkies. Guests can try to score more by purchasing raffle tickets throughout MLFW  to win various prizes (jewelry, gift cards, prizes). Sales of raffle tickets benefit Wings for Success.

Night one includes styles by Imbue, Sorella, Posh Collections, Revivals, Nich Boutique as makeup maven & beauty expert Carie Brescia hosts.

Night two: stylist and fashion expert Jessie Holeva hosts (that's me!) as fashions are shown from Sache Boutique, Van Cleve, Out There Outfitters, Gramercy, Tish Boutique and Element 6.

Shop The Marketplace at Sweetwater Farm

Sip a complimentary glass of wine and shop the Main Line and beyond under one roof. Expect to see beauty, clothing, accessories, decor, and stationery including Duke & Winston, Frey Boutique, Entwined Knits, Chloe Johnston, Hattan Home, The Atelier, Posh Collections and more.

Price: Entry is free and eligible guests will be treated to a glass of wine so they can sip and shop.

Nich Boutique's Main Line Fashion Week After Party

Not ready to stop the style? Nich Boutique is keeping it going at their West Chester location with wine and light bites, a cupcake station, braid bar, and 20% off - take about a lot of good things going on. 10% will be donated to the Malala Fund, an organization dedicated to help girls claim their right to an education. There will be gift bags too, but get there early as quantities are limited.
