Banana Republic's ONE+ALL program asks shoppers to give back

Through Banana Republic's ONE+ALL campaign, shoppers are invited to indulge in a 25% off promotion with 5% of their entire purchase going into a fund for Big Brothers Big Sisters, Boys & Girls Clubs, Dress for Success and Habitat for Humanity, the four community organizations with which Banana Republic has partnered.

From June 5 until June 8, Banana Republic is making fashion philanthropic.

Through the retail chain's ONE+ALL campaign, shoppers are invited to indulge in a 25% off promotion with 5% of their entire purchase going into a fund for Big Brothers Big Sisters, Boys & Girls Clubs, Dress for Success and Habitat for Humanity, the four community organizations with which Banana Republic has partnered.

ONE+ALL is a service initiative started in 2010 that commits volunteer hours and fundraising to various communities. Banana Republic employees volunteered almost 60,000 hours in 2013 under the ONE+ALL program. The program is expanding with the four community organization partnerships.

Big Brothers Big Sisters is a non-profit organization that pairs adult volunteers with at-risk children for one-on-one mentoring. Boys & Girls Clubs are an organization that provides safe and supervised recreation for children while connecting them with adult mentors. Dress for Success promotes financial independence for disadvantaged women through professional clothing and various career development tools. Habitat for Humanity is an international organization that addresses issues of poverty housing and builds homes for low income families.

From now until the end of the sale promotion, shoppers can visit bananarepublic.com/OneandAll and help determine what percentage of proceeds goes to each organization.
