Burn those extra holiday calories at these Turkey Trots

Thanksgiving is always a fun time of family togetherness and good food and drink, when we give thanks for all the positive things in our lives. It is also the time of tight pants that no longer button and turkey comas. Besides avoiding seconds and thirds of that mashed potatoes and pumpkin pie, what can you do to stay fit and healthy? Fortunately here in the Philly area, turkey trots are just as popular as parades. Sign up for one of these Thanksgiving runs/walks and you can burn those extra calories away.
