Sixers' Nerlens Noel, Robert Covington and Joel Embiid sidelined vs. Spurs

SAN ANTONIO – 76ers standout Nerlens Noel, Robert Covington and Joel Embiid will all miss Thursday night's game against the San Antonio Spurs at AT&T Center.

Noel is sidelined with an upper respiratory infection. Covington will miss his second consecutive game with a bruised right hand. And Embiid will miss his third straight game with a left knee bone bruise.  He has been sidelined in five of the last six games.
