Noel to debut against Magic in summer league

76ers fans will get their first glimpse of Nerlens Noel against the host Orlando Magic in the Orlando Pro Summer League on July 5.

The 6-foot-11 center will lead the Sixers summer league team into the 10-team, seven-day event at the Amway Center in Orlando. The rookie missed this past season while recovering from left ACL surgery.

The Boston Celtics, Brooklyn Nets, Detroit Pistons, Houston Rockets, Indiana Pacers, Memphis Grizzlies, Miami Heat and Oklahoma City Thunder will join the Sixers and Magic in the tournament. Each team will play five games. The final day will conclude with the first-place, third-place, fifth-place, seventh-place and ninth-place games.

The Sixers will also compete in the NBA Summer League in Las Vegas from July 11-21.
