Locked on Sixers: Should Sixers win or lose?

The 76ers have the NBA's fifth-worst record with nine games remaining. A string  of victories would lesson their chance of securing a top lottery pick. But it would lift their morale. So should they win or lose? Keith Pompey chimes in.
