Is it Chicago or bust for Sixers' Jahlil Okafor?

A tweet by ESPN's Marc Stein on Thursday morning basically backed up that idea:

Everything makes sense. Okafor is from Chicago and was a standout player at Whitney Young High School on the West Side.

The second-year center grew up a Bulls fans. Sources have said that Okafor was excited about the possible opportunity to play for his hometown team once news broke last month that the Bulls were interested.

There are reports that Chicago is trying to persuade the Sixers to accept forward Nikola Mirotic as part of a trade package for Okafor.
