Five things you need to know about the 76ers today

Five things you need to know about the 76ers today:

1.  The road setback Wednesday against the Miami Heat marked the Sixers' third straight loss and ninth in 13 games.  They also dropped to 8-21 away from the Wells Fargo Center.

2.   The Sixers have allowed at least 100 points in 17 of their last 18 games, including a season-high-tying 125 to the Heat.

3. A lot of the focus goes to the Sixers' 23rd-ranked scoring defense, which gives up 107.4 points per game. However, the Sixers are worse when it comes to scoring. They are ranked 25th in that category at 101.7 points per game.

4. Justin Anderson, who was acquired on Feb. 23 from the Dallas Mavericks, is already one of the team leaders. The second-year swingman was yelling encouraging words to teammates and coaching them during  Wednesday's loss.

5.  The Sixers are 21-36  in games against the Heat in Miami. They have lost 15 of the last 17 games at AmericanAirlines Arena.
