LOS ANGELES --- Jerome Williams (left hamstring strain) will make the first start of a rehab assignment Tuesday night in double-A Reading.

Williams sustained the injury on June 17, in the first inning of the Phillies' humiliating 19-3 loss to the Baltmore Orioles. The 33-year-old righthander went on the disabled list with a 6.43 ERA over 14 starters.
