Jerome Williams scratched from Tuesday start

Phillies righthander Jerome Williams was scratched from Tuesday's start.

Phillies righthander Jerome Williams was scratched from Tuesday afternoon's start against the Tampa Bay Rays because he tweaked his right hamstring on Sunday.

Williams felt "a little grab" while running sprints. He was scratched as a precaution, he said. The team listed him as day to day.

David Buchanan will start in Williams' place.

"I'll be ready for my next one," Williams said.

Add that to the Phillies' list of injuries, major and minor, to Phillies' starters this spring. Cliff Lee is on the 60-day disabled list with a tear in his elbow tendon. Aaron Harang has missed two of three scheduled starts because of back issues.

Williams, 33, has allowed three runs over eight spring innings thus far.

Here is the Phillies' complete lineup for Tuesday's game:

1. Ben Revere CF

2. Freddy Galvis SS

3. Chase Utley DH

4. Ryan Howard 1B

5. Carlos Ruiz C

6. Odubel Herrera LF

7. Cord Phelps 2B

8. Jordan Danks RF

9. Maikel Franco 3B
