Chip Kelly was one of six coaches to attend Louisville's pro day on Monday, where star quarterback Teddy Bridgewater and highly regarded safety Calvin Pryor worked out for scouts. According to Dan Parr of NFL.com, Kelly joined Bill O'Brien (Texans), Gus Bradley (Jaguars), Dennis Allen (Raiders), Mike Zimmer (Vikings) and Ken Whisenhunt (Titans).
Bridgewater reportedly had a rough day, according to former Eagles QB Ron Jaworski:

Bridgewater missed several targets and ran a disappointing 40 time.
Teddy Bridgewater, down almost 10 lbs since weighing in at Combine, runs unofficial 4.78 40 at #Louisville Pro Day.

While Bridgewater was the headliner of the event, Kelly was likely more interested in taking a peek at safety Calvin Pryor, who is a consensus top 2 safety in the upcoming draft along with Ha Ha Clinton-Dix of Alabama. The Eagles currently have five safeties on the roster, including Malcolm Jenkins, Nate Allen, Earl Wolff, Chris Maragos, and Keelan Johnson. While Jenkins, Allen and Maragos were all signed within the last week, the Eagles could certainly continue to try to upgrade the position, and Pryor is thought by many to be an obvious target.
At the Combine, Pryor had a bad showing. First he measured in at 5'11, when Louisville had listed him at 6'1, and then he put up poor numbers in the drills, via mockdraftable.com:
Another player of interest at Louisville's pro day was 6'3, 251 pass rusher Marcus Smith. Smith was 2nd in the country with 14.5 sacks, and showed impressive athleticism at the Combine, via mockdraftable:
Smith could be an interesting 2nd or 3rd round target.
According to this guy's dad, Chip dined at Beef O'Brady's in Louisville.
My inside sources (my dad) inform me that Chip Kelly is eating at Beef O'Brady's right now here in Louisville.

A dozen calls to Beef O'Brady's to confirm went unreturned.
