Eagles quarterback Carson Wentz ranks No. 7 in NFL in merchandise sales
The second-year quarterback is listed just ahead of Green Bay's Aaron Rodgers.
Carson Wentz ranked seventh on the NFLPA's players sales list last season. The list, which ranks the sales of NFL player merchandise (including jerseys), was measured from March 1, 2016 to Feb. 28, 2017.
Wentz was the top Eagle on the list and the fourth quarterback, behind Dallas' Dak Prescott, New England's Tom Brady, and Seattle's Russell Wilson. Wentz was ahead of Green Bay's Aaron Rodgers and Carolina's Cam Newton. Wentz was the only player from the Eagles last season in the top 50, although new wide receiver Alshon Jeffery ranked No. 50 from his time in Chicago.
