Matthews and Mathews listed as questionable for Redskins game

Even though wide receiver Jordan Matthews fully particpated in Thursday's practice, Eagles coach Doug Pederson said Friday that Matthews will be listed as questionable on Friday's official injury report for the Washington game.

Matthews, who missed the Bengals game with an ankle injury, was a limited practice participant on Wednesday. But Pederson said that was precautionary.

"No setbacks,'' he said before Friday's practice. "And we're looking forward to him having a good day today.''

Also listed as questionable: running back Ryan Mathews (knee) and wide receiver Dorial Green-Beckham (stomach muscle bruise).

Mathews, who missed the last two games with a knee injury, also was a full practice participant on Thursday. Pederson said he wanted to "back him down'' Friday. But Mathews said Thursday he fully expects to play against the Redskins.

Right tackle Halapoulivaati Vaitai (knee) is listed as out and will miss his third straight game.
