LeSean McCoy's position among the NFL's 'Top 10' players to be revealed tonight

LeSean McCoy is one of the "Top 10" players in the NFL, according to NFL Network's Top 100 list, which is an annual poll conducted by the NFL in which players vote on their peers.

There were three other Eagles who previously made the Top 100 list. They were offensive guard Evan Mathis (No. 88), quarterback Nick Foles (No. 70), and offensive tackle Jason Peters (No. 67). You can click each of the following links to see the their Top 100 videos:

88 - OG Evan Mathis

70 - QB Nick Foles

67 - OT Jason Peters

McCoy's placement in the Top 10 will be revealed tonight on NFL Network at 9 p.m. EST. He has cracked the Top 100 in each of the past two years. In 2012, McCoy was ranked 18th by his peers. In 2013, he was ranked 45th.

Running back is a position that has been devalued by NFL front offices in recent years, but not among the players, evidently, as nine running backs found their way into the Top 100. The other running backs to have already been revealed are as follows:

• 14 - Marshawn Lynch, Seahawks

• 46 - Frank Gore, 49ers

• 85 - Reggie Bush, Lions

• 87 - DeMarco Murray, Cowboys

• 90 - Eddie Lacy, Packers

• 91 - Matt Forte, Bears

The remaining three running backs yet to be mentioned are McCoy, the Chiefs' Jamaal Charles, and the Vikings' Adrian Peterson. McCoy recently boasted that he's better than Peterson. We'll find out tonight if his peers agree.
