This week's local college football coaches luncheon

Even if you don't follow Division III football too closely, Delaware Valley coach Jim Clements' speech is worth listening too.

One of the things that makes the media's weekly get-together with the region's football coaches so fun is that the coaches know this is their best shot to get their teams in the headlines.

As a result, a lot of coaches who you might not seek out for interviews otherwise have some really funny speeches ready to go when they step up to the podium.

That was the case this week for Delaware Valley's Jim Clements. The Aggies face the No. 3-ranked team in Division III, Wesley, on Saturday, and Clements gave his locker room speech a few days early.

West Chester's Bill Zwaan also had some good quotes as the Golden Rams prepare for their annual visit to Zwaan's alma mater, Delaware.
