Mayor Michael Nutter announced "Movies Under Penn" this week to be shown  every other Friday in the hall courtyard. The program debuts July 11 after sundown (around 8:30 p.m.) beginning with

The Adventures of Priscilla, Queen of the Desert

(cross-dressing finally comes to City Hall).

The other movies are The Italian Job (breaking myriad traffic laws in a Mini Cooper), Unbreakable (weird doings in Wanamaker's and Franklin Field) and Unvincible (Vince Papale and the Eagles).
