Young professionals in Philadelphia are among the most satisfied in the country. The career-happiness site recently released a new list of the happiest cities for young workers, and Philly made the cut.

The site says its list is based on employee surveys from the last 12 months; workers were asked about factors like work-life balance, relationships with supervisors and coworkers, compensation, growth opportunities, daily tasks and company culture. The site defined a young professional as someone with fewer than 10 years experience working full-time.
