1. Ebola backlash: Students from east Africa who were slated to start attending school in Burlington County are being kept home from class due to fears stemming from the Ebola outbreak, even though the students aren't from an affected area and are symptom-free.

2. Affordable housing: A state board in New Jersey is scheduled to vote this morning on new rules to determine how many affordable homes New Jersey communities should have.

3. Under 30 Summit: The Forbes Under 30 Summit kicked off Sunday with a free a concert, and the high-profile event -- which is bringing billionaires, entrepreneurs and business leaders to Philadelphia -- runs through Wednesday.

4. State Supreme Court and porn emails: The Pennsylvania Supreme Court is deciding what to do about Justice Seamus McCaffery, who has been caught up in the state-employee pornographic-email-exchange scandal.

5. Remembering Gloria Casarez: City officials, the LGBT community and many others are mourning the weekend death of Gloria Casarez. The 42-year-old, who was the first director of Philadelphia's Office of Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender Affairs, died after a battle with breast cancer.
