Your early look at the day's developing stories.

Here's your look at five stories we're following today:

1. Restaurant lawsuit: The city has filed a lawsuit against Joy Tsin Lau, the Chinatown restaurant where nearly 100 attorneys and law students became sick in a major foodborne-illness outbreak, calling the eatery a "serious and immediate hazard and a "public health nuisance."

2. Christie's disclosure forms: New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie makes no mention of the luxury-box tickets to Dallas Cowboys games he received from Jerry Jones, the team's owner, on his recent financial-disclosure forms.
