New $100 bill has Philly written all over it

The new $100 bill's long-delayed release date is now Oct. 8, 2013. The bill will feature all sorts of familiar Philadelphia images, starting, of course, with local legend Ben Franklin. He's why C-notes are also called Benjamins. The Declaration of Independence and the Liberty Bell, part of two new security features, join a new view of Independence Hall.
