1. FBI probes McCaffery: The FBI is investigating Seamus McCaffery, a Pennsylvania Supreme Court justice, over fees his wife received for referring clients to personal-injury law firms. The Inquirer reports that several people familiar with the investigation say the investigation centers on 19 referral fees paid to Lisa Rapaport, McCaffery's wife. She has been his chief aide for most of the last 16 years.

2. Collapses update: Monday brought a flurry of news about last week's deadly building collapse in Center City, and Monday night, a wall collapsed on South Street, causing no injuries but displacing residents. A quick rundown of the latest developments: Both a grand jury and City Council will investigate the collapse at 22nd and Market streets that killed six people and injured 13. Police executed a search warrant at the Nicetown home of Griffin Campbell, whose construction company was demolishing the building. A Salvation Army clerk described the harrowing collapse to reporters. Six victims have now filed lawsuits. And separately, some residents on the 800 block of South Street were evacuated Monday evening after a wall collapsed when rain created a mudslide at a construction site.
