2. SEPTA labor negotiations: SEPTA is moving to impose terms in a labor fight with Regional Rail workers, prompting union leaders to threaten a strike this weekend.

3. Wages for airport workers: Some low-paid service employees at the Philadelphia International Airport are trying to pressure officials to make all city subcontractors start paying a new minimum wage that went into effect in May. (Subcontractors and contractors are allowed to keep paying the old wage until new contracts with employees are signed.) Dozens of airport workers are set to attend a City Council hearing on the matter today.
