Here's your daily look at five stories we're following:

1. Tornado in Burlco?: The National Weather Service will inspect damage from Monday's storms in Burlington County today to determine if a tornado touched down in the area. And more rain, winds and potential hail are expected today.

2. PGW sale: City Council is spending about $100,000 to have a consultant examine the proposed sale of Philadelphia Gas Works to UIL Holdings Corp., but Council's delayed review of the sale could cause problems: UIL is permitted to back out of the agreement if Council hasn't made a decision by 11:59 p.m. today.

3.Traffic Court trial: One defendant took the stand Monday at the trial for six judges accused of fixing tickets in the Traffic Court scandal, and the defense is expected to wrap up its case in the coming days.

4. Body cameras for SEPTA cops: SEPTA police are beginning a trial of body-mounted cameras for officers this week.

5. Fatal fire fallout: More than a week after a Southwest Philadelphia rowhome fire left four children dead, many questions remain. Disputes have arisen over firefighters' response times and city officials have had angry exchanges with the father of one of the victims. But some acts of kindness have emerged in recent days.
