Brooks an unsung hero for Owls

I want to take this moment to celebrate one of our unsung players – Ryan Brooks. If you were to ask all of the players and the coaches on our team who is the most unsung it would be Ryan Brooks. He brings the lowest maintenance
level to our program. It is never an issue of working hard or doing what is required of him in the classroom, on the court, or off the court. He is one of our leaders in terms of community service. Whatever it happens to be, he gives
his all with never a question asked. So we need to celebrate Ryan Brooks.

In addition, he is probably our best clutch shooter. He is our best on-the-ball defender. And, he is at the very top of our team in minutes played which gives an indication of how valuable he is to the team.

Lastly, please join our team and support local sports personality Don Tollefson and his charitable organization, One Child Saved, on Monday at the Plymouth Meeting Mall. Their event, Breaking Barriers... Building Bridges:
Celebrating Civil Rights in the World of Sports, is an annual gathering of sports figures in the Delaware Valley
that celebrates the life of Dr. Martin Luther King. It is educational and includes free interactive clinics from local student-athletes, including our basketball team, as well as college and professional coaches. It runs from noon until 3 p.m.
