Swanky Bubbles gets TV makeover Sunday

Old City's Swanky Bubbles will be seen at 10 p.m. Sunday on Spike TV's "Bar Rescue." Host Jon Taffer spent a week at Swanky (10 S. Front St.) and advised the bar on how to become more female-friendly.
