Actress Jennifer Love Hewitt and boyfriend, Upper Darby native actor Jamie Kennedy, took in Game 4 after dinner at Buddakan (325 Chestnut), where they stopped after attending the Eagles/Giants game. Love Hewitt got a hug from the Phillie Phanatic in May while attending her first Phils game. JLH and Kennedy were in Section 132 last night but fairly incognito, while A-Rod's girlfriend Kate Hudson and stepfather Kurt Russell were down in front of the same section, as was South Philly native Rob McElhenney of "It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia."...On Saturday, Pearl Jam frontman Eddie Vedder asked Bernie Parent for a hug when Parent and fellow Flyers great Dave "The Hammer" Schultz visited the band backstage before the last concert at the Spectrum. Vedder also rubbed Schultz' Stanley Cup ring for good luck. Comcast-Spectacor's Peter Luukko and Live Nation's Geoff Gordon presented the band with Spectrum seats, bearing plaques commemorating their 4-night stand that closed the historic venue, as well as Mitchell & Ness jerseys...Fans yelled their "Hey ya's" to Outkast rapper Andre 3000, who managed to stay dry Saturday night at the game...The legendary Stevie Wonder surprised guests by performing "Superstition" and partying until early yesterday morning at the Borgata's mur.mur nightclub after his concert at the hotel. While the hotel's official Halloween party was hosted by local Playboy Playmate Shannon James, dressed as a sexy kitten, Wonder was not to be outdone, dressing as an inmate while his band and crew were Hugh Hefner and Playboy Bunnies. "Late Night" host Jimmy Fallon joined Wonder onstage at his Friday show to perform "Ebony & Ivory," then performed with his show's house band The Roots at the Borgata's Music Box. Fallon and a few Roots later played the Gypsy Bar...Comcast-Spectacor boss Ed Snider wore a lobster bib over a seafood lunch at Chickie's & Pete's (15th & Packer) Friday with a friend while outside in the parking lot passers-by observed and praised his new purple Porsche.
