Jimmy Smits has a hairy situation on 'Garza' set

The NBC pilot starring Jimmy Smits as a retired Supreme Court justice who returns to practicing law was shooting on the steps of the Franklin Institute when the rain caused delays. Smits put his hand up as hair and make-up people came out and ushered him inside to fix it while the rest of the cast dried off.
