A "Sunny" surprise Saturday at Mac's Tavern

Drinkers at Mac's Tavern (226 Market) got to meet "It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia" creator and star Rob McElhenney and his very pregnant wife/co-star Kaitlin Olson on Saturday. The pair are partners in Mac's with a few of South Philly-raised McElhenney's St. Joe's Prep pals and will be there Wednesday for an invite-only grand opening party. The couple and castmates Charlie Day and Glenn Howerton, also expected at the opening, are shooting their FX series around town today and tomorrow, including a scene with Phillies Chase Utley and Ryan Howard. McElhenney's character, Mac, has a stalkery man-crush on Utley and sent him a love letter in an episode last year about how they should be friends.
