A well-placed source says that Paul Rosen is no longer expected to file any wrongful termination suit on Alycia Lane's behalf against CBS 3 today. That doesn't mean one isn't coming, it just won't happen as soon as previously predicted and anticipated.

Q102's Chris Booker addressed Lane's firing on his show this morning. Booker, who was with Lane Dec. 16 in New York when she was arrested for allegedly striking an NYPD officer, said on his show this morning that people are supposed to be innocent until proven guilty and not the other way around. Booker also said that Lane had made him a sandwich. Sources suggest the couple, who had only recently started dating before her arrest, have grown closer throughout Lane's recent saga.
