County records show that Howard purchased the home on Deerfield Court in March 2009 for $2.3 million.
Set on a cul-de-sac, Howard's home has six bedrooms and seven-and-a-half baths. Per the listing, the home was completely refurbished last year at a cost of $500,000 by Great Estates.
It includes not one, but two exercise rooms: one in the basement, and one in the master suite. Luxury features can be found throughout the home: a gourmet chef kitchen, a basement with a bar, wine cellar and movie theater, and a master bedroom suite with his-and-hers bath area and walk-in closets. In 2010, Howard had an in-ground pool and cabana house installed on the property.
Howard still owns property in the city. In 2013, Howard and his wife Krystal bought a 4,166-square-foot condo in 1706 Rittenhouse, where they once counted Cliff Lee and Jonathan Papelbon as their neighbors.
