You may have seen the Green Street home featured in the 2010 film "How Do You Know," starring Reese Witherspoon and Paul Rudd.

The home was briefly shown in the romantic comedy, according to the seller Adam Goodman, who provided the information to listing agent Lauren Acker. Acker told us that in the film, the apartment belonged to the first girlfriend of Paul Rudd's character. Rudd's girlfriend broke up with him in the living room, and they continued to fight outside of the apartment.

The James L. Brooks film was shot in various parts of Philly in 2009, including the Widener Building near City Hall and Drexel's campus. View a photo gallery of the filming here.

While the 2,200-square-foot home was first listed in September for $615,000, it was recently re-listed under Acker and Mike McCann of BHHS Fox & Roach for $565,000.

Aside from its Hollywood charm, the home boasts quality woodwork, crown moldings and hardwood floors throughout. It also has east-facing windows overlooking a courtyard, a large kitchen with a wine refrigerator, granite counters and stainless steel appliances, and a master bedroom suite with a balcony.
