For sale: Allen Iverson’s former Villanova mansion

Allen Iverson’s former Villanova estate is back on the market for $2.75 million.

Allen Iverson's former Villanova estate is back on the market for $2.75 million.

The nearly 13,000-square-foot mansion on Chateau Lane was last sold in 2010 to Saladworks CEO John Scardapane for $2.6 million.

The French estate is accessed from a private lane through entrance gates, and boasts five bedrooms and nine-and-a-half baths.

Some unique amenities include a "restaurant quality" bar, recreation room with a fireplace, and theater. The reception hall is two stories and has heated marble flooring that leads to a living room with 20-foot-tall ceilings.

The estate also includes a separate apartment on the second floor that has its own kitchenette, living room and bedroom suite.

Also on the three-and-a-half acre property is a salt-water swimming pool, playground set and pool house.
