Football: School choice's immediate impact

It took one game -- one game -- for school choice to have an impact on Colonial Conference football.

Audubon sophomore Khaleil Chisolm, who attends the school on the choice program, ran for 154 yards and made an interception as the Green Wave beat Lindenwold 10-0 on Thursday night.

Chisolm looks like the real deal. He's fast, elusive, and willing to lower his shoulder for extra yards.

"The sky is the limit for him," Audubon coach Dom Koehl said.

Chisolm's brother, Arnell, is a senior two-way back for Lindenwold.

Read my column in Sunday's Inquirer for more on the impact of school choice on varsity sports.
