According to the show's Twitter account, "The Simpsons" predicted that the Denver Broncos would face the Seattle Seahawks.. way back in the 2005 episode "Bonfire of the Manatees."

The show went on to predict that the Broncos would defeat the Seahawks 19-14, but that may have had something to do with Homer owning the team (he really wanted to own the Dallas Cowboys, but his boss, Bond villain Hank Scorpio, could only get him the next best thing).
