Report: Domonic Brown signs minor league deal with Rockies

Dom Brown has found a home this spring.

According to Jeff Passan of Yahoo! Sports, among others, it is the Colorado Rockies:

He was a meteor at one point. He was our meteor. But then it unraveled almost as quickly as it began. There is little point in recounting all of the details mostly because we all lived all of the details. The summer of 2013 when he seemingly hit a home run every night. The trip to the All-Star game. The hopes and promise of 2014, dashed. All of the promise, exposed by the cruelty of the game. Designated for assignement by the Phillies at the end of the 2015 season. Signed to a minor league contract by the Blue Jays in 2016 — the minor leagues, where he stayed for the entire season before being granted his release.

Now with the Rockies, on another minor league deal, with no promises.
